Customers opt in by texting START or YES from their mobile phone to 888-504-NERD. Existing customers may also text 888-504-NERD to request customer support or an account authentication code.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent by Network Nerds unless you opt in again.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
